How to order printed or embroidered clothing
- Choose a garment. Start with our Design Your Own clothing range and choose the T-shirt, polo shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt or workwear style you prefer.
- Pick sizes, colours and quantities. Check the product page for the available combinations and prices.
- Choose personalisation. Where the product offers online design options, select your print or embroidery placement and upload your own artwork. Different garments support different positions and sizes.
- Review your basket. Check your garment choices, artwork details and final price before making a secure Shopify payment.
- We prepare your order. We'll review artwork suitability and get in touch if we need more information. Online artwork mock-ups are illustrative rather than a guaranteed exact production proof.
Which decoration should I choose?
DTF printing is suited to many multicolour designs, images and logos on compatible garments. Embroidery is a stitched finish popular for logos on polos, workwear, fleeces and caps. Decoration suitability depends on the garment and artwork, so please ask if you are unsure.
Can I order one item or a larger quantity?
Yes. We work with individual orders, work teams, schools, clubs and events. Pricing and personalisation choices vary by product. For larger or unusual requests, email us for a quotation.
What about delivery?
We supply customers across the UK. Times depend on supplier availability, quantity, artwork and the work required. If you have an important deadline, contact us before placing the order to check what is possible. See the shipping policy for further details.
Can I send artwork later?
If you cannot upload your design on the product page or need to clarify the placement, please contact us before ordering. Include the garment, product code if known, sizes, quantities and your artwork requirements.
